If its 02:04am I wonder if I’d be able to wake up when my alarm goes off at 7:30am, hit the gym for an hour -first time in years, go home to rest for a bit, jump in the bath and get dressed so I can be at work because I start at 12:00pm.
Do you think it’s possible for me to do so and not be exhausted?
I was meant to hit the gym today but I slept in, yesterday and the day before I just weren’t in the mood. I signed up last week and I’m already thinking to cancel the membership but fuck it I’m deffo going today and/Saturday and on Sunday. It’s an early morning flex!
